LANDIVAR & LANDIVAR, Attorneys at law of La Paz,
Bolivia, to act jointly or separately a full and sufficient Power of Attorney to
apply before the proper National Bureau and Authorities for the issuance of
REGISTRATIONS, RENEWALS, TRANSFERS, CHANGES OF NAME, MERGERS, OPPOSITIONS AND
LICENSE AGREEMENTS REGISTRATIONS OF TRADEMARKS, PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS AND INTERNET
DOMAIN NAMES AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND PLANT BREEDERS
RIGHTS, in the Republic of Bolivia, to which end they will be empowered to take
all necessary steps before said authorities for the purpose stated; to file
applications, declarations and claims, prepare descriptions, make amendments,
oppositions and appeals, prepare nullities, cancellations and all infringements
in Industrial Property matters, pay taxes and installments, receive documents
and securities, giving proper receipts, comply with other requirements, and take
all those measures which they may deem fit for the protection of our interests,
and in case of opposition before the Courts, we authorize said agents to act on
our behalf as complainants, as well as defendants before the competent Judges,
with full power to make arrangements, submit to arbitrator, withdraw, collect,
appeal, and with all such further powers as may be required; and we hereby
declare from now on as valid and good all what said agents may do for our
benefit. They are likewise authorized to substitute these presents, and revoke
such substitutions if necessary.
